Premium yet fun.
This project was extra special for us. RockIt Music is our baby. We founded this company with the intention of it being nothing more than a proof of concept for our eCommerce platform TopSale. It started taking off and getting a bit of traction so we expanded what we were doing with it. Now it serves as a testbed for us to try and out (and demonstrate) how to effectively market a webstore. Specifically a web store that utilizes little original content and works on the back of AdWords and paid social media reach.
The design of the site needed to feel premium but not ‘high class’ or snobby. So we settled into the main red that was in the original logo and paired it with the main black background. This gave the site the premium feeling, but kept the ‘rocker’ roots we were looking for. The flat material inspired design kept things clean and simple, ensuring the user experience was both top notch and memorable for all the right reasons.
